This streamlined distribution system utilizes a single-hose circulation design to minimize deposits and simplify maintenance across the boom. It features a swivelling induction hopper equipped with dual-nozzle vortex technology for fast liquid and granulate processing, integrated canister cleaning, and intuitive color-coded controls. Users can also upgrade to a 52-liter stainless steel hopper with an additional shock nozzle for enhanced mixing power.
When the pump is running, a mixture circulates continuously in the boom (top) so that it is immediately available at the nozzle when spraying (bottom).

The OptiGear drive is equipped with standard all-wheel drive and an anti-slip control ensuring cross-country mobility with efficient utilization of the engine power. The drive system that has been specifically developed for the compact engine-power class with spraying tanks with a capacity of 5 000 l and 6 000 l is particularly fuel-efficient when combined with smaller engines. The optimised efficiency factor with larger wheel motors on the rear axle and the associated higher drive power distributes the drive torques powerfully and efficiently in the speed range of 0 - 50 km/h and allows for tyre options up to Ø 2.05 m.

The drive PowerGear allows for optimum performance in the field and also on the road. Equipped with a standard anti-slip control and all-wheel drive, the vehicle operates effortlessly in any terrain. The efficiency factor that has specifically been optimised for the use in the crop care sector with larger wheel motors on the rear axle and the associated higher drive power distribute drive torques powerfully and efficiently in the speed range of 0 – 50 km/h with tyre options up to Ø 2.19 m. This drive is ideal in combination with the more powerful engines for machines with larger mixture tanks and large booms.
The all-wheel drive with traction control also impresses in steep terrain and on slopes.

The HORSCH Main Tank Supply system, in short MTS system, is the central seed and fertiliser supply of the rows from a central hopper. The fertiliser is metered pneumatically via the distribution towers to the rows. The seed is transported by means of special MTS tubes to the row unit and then each single grain is metered with AirVac or AirSpeed. This facilitates and speeds up the MTS system for filling hoppers and irregular filling levels at the rows when using SectionControl and tramline control are prevented.

AutoSelect Pro takes HORSCH's own nozzle control to the next level.
