The serrated disc with a diameter of 52 cm can be used in different situations. For working depths up to 15 cm, it reliably penetrates the soil. Large amounts of straw are well incorporated into the soil by drivers at the tines. The serrated profile almost completely prevents the discs from stopping even in very light soils. Small disc diameter for high rotational speeds and a high production of fine soil.

The serrated disc with a diameter of 58 cm can be used in different situations. For working depths up to 15 cm, it reliably penetrates the soil. RollFlex packer Ø 60 cm

The RollFlex packer ensures a high reliability on changing soils even in wet conditions. Due to the deep consolidation, loose soil is compacted, clods are crushed and an optimum environment with an optimum ratio of water-bearing and air-ducting pores are created.

The RingFlex packer convinces due its excellent load-bearing capacity on light and medium soils. Moreover, it ensures good consolidation. Depending on the conditions of use, it can also be used as a winter packer by removing individual rings.

The SteelDisc packer is ideal for hardest conditions, stony soils, large clods and fields that require deep consolidation. Due to its cutting rings and the high packer weight, it guarantees an excellent consolidation.

The double SteelDisc packer is particularly ideal for heavy and cloddy conditions. When used in seedbed preparation, it ensures a rapid formation of capillarity due to deep consolidation. Additionally, the packer removes long plant material from the seed horizon.

• Low horsepower requirement due to excellent rolling characteristics

The OptiRoll packer is particularly ideal for targeted, strip consolidation and works reliably in varying soil and moisture conditions. While the roller creates consolidated strips with a capillary effect and the spaces in between remain loosened, individually adjustable scrapers always ensure reliable self-cleaning.

Packer frame

• Swinging double packer frame: optimal contour following and large contact area

If the Joker RT is equipped with a double packer, you can choose between a swinging or a rigid packer frame. The swinging packer frame ensures optimal contour following and a large contact area. The rigid packer frame is particularly convincing in wet conditions as the two interlocked packers achieve a high self-cleaning effect.

Crossbar

• Additional levelling in front of the disc zone

• Crushing of soil clods

• Can be moved in or out hydraulically

• Completely integrated in the machine

The end-to-end Crossbar in front of the discs of the Joker RT is ideal for an additional levelling for example when preparing the seedbed. Depending on the conditions, the Crossbar can be retracted or extended flexibly via hydraulic cylinders and the aggressiveness can be adjusted.

Knife roller

• Additional crushing of organic material

• 6 coiled knives on a 30 cm rotor

• Fixed knives for maximum stability

• Hydraulically pre-stressed, overload protection

The knife roller of the Joker RT ensures a safe cutting across the direction of travel. The risk of breaking the knives is reduced to a minimum as the knives rest against the shaft. Even stony conditions are no problem due to the hydraulic pre-tensioning and the overload protection.

Optional with hydraulically pre-tensioned knife roller for an additional crushing effect.
