The Partner FT is a versatile 1,600-liter front hopper designed for seamless integration with seeding, tillage, and hybrid farming equipment. The Partner 2000 FT is a 2,200-liter double hopper available in two partitions (60:40 or 75:25), allowing for the flexible application of seed, fertilizer, or microgranules. This pressurized system supports high throughput speeds without dust interference, ensuring a clean, closed-loop transport of materials. With an 800 kg base weight and options for additional ballasting or a passively steered tire packer, it provides the ideal balance and versatility for complex seeding and tillage operations requiring two distinct components.

The Partner 1.7 FT with a capacity of 1 700 l is available as a single tank or as a double tank with a 90:10 partition. Due to the large tank opening, filling is easy and comfortable.

A dedicated selection server helps identify the correct rotor, while integrated valves allow for quick, tool-free replacements even when the hopper is full. To ensure optimum distribution and accuracy, HORSCH recommends performing a calibration test for all seeding operations.

The HORSCH quick coupling device for the pneumatic tubes of the front hopper FT make the mounting and dismantling of the pneumatic hoses of mounted implements and the front hopper very easy. The tool-free and easy handling saves time when attaching and detaching different implements like a Taro 6 SL, Express 4 KR or a HORSCH Maestro RV/RX.

The HORSCH Partner holder kit for pneumatic tubing on standard tractors consists of a flexible attachment arm that fixes and holds the pneumatic tubing. The height and angle of the arm can be adjusted flexibly depending on the tractor used. The high-quality stainless steel components can be mounted with the support kit both horizontally and vertically.

• Dust-, pressure-, and waterproof camera system

Confusing field and farm exits increase the risk of overlooking something in traffic. The camera system on the HORSCH front tanks allows for an optimal monitoring of the cross traffic when leaving these critical areas. Due to the two cameras on the right and left of the front hopper and the divided screen, the driver sees all that is happening to the right and to the left side of the front hopper. This reduces the tension for the driver and increases road safety.

Two flexibly adjustable LED headlights in the front guarantee optimum lighting in front of the front hopper. Flexibility plays an important role while sowing as you should choose the perfect sowing time for an optimum population. When sowing late or early, WorkLight Pro ensures optimal illumination of the area in front of the Partner combination.

For an optimum soil presentation the front hopper can be equipped with an intermediate packer. A RollPack packer with 280 kg and a tyre packer with an additional weight of 350 kg are available. Due to this additional ballasting, the tractor is ideally balanced even if the front hopper is empty.

The Partner 2000 FT weighs 800 kg (basic equipment) and can be equipped with an additional weight of 360 kg for an optimal ballast. If the front hopper is used for sowing, the passively controlled tyre packer makes sense to distribute the total weight over a width of 1.30 m. In the field, the passively controlled tyre packer allows for an optimum soil presentation.

The passively steered intermediate packer is available without or with hydraulic lifting. The hydraulic lifting system allows for lifting the tyres during road transport without an additional lifting of the front tank. This improves the field of view from the cabin and increases clearance during road transport. In the field, the passively controlled tyre packer allows for an optimum soil presentation.

By integrating with SectionControl for full automation, the system eliminates overlaps and overfertilization on headlands and wedges. Whether using one or two distribution towers, this technology optimizes input distribution and reduces operational costs.
