CULTRO TC - FAST, STURDY, EFFICIENT

Cultro TC

THE DOUBLE KNIFE ROLLER MINIMUM EFFORT FOR MAXIMUM HECTARE OUTPUT

What are the excelling features of the Cultro TC?

  • Minimum effort for maximum acreage performance
  • Operational speed up to 20 km/h
  • When used in the field, the weight of the machine is completely on the knife roller
  • Hydraulically adjustable heavy harrow to produce fine earth or to distribute organic matter
  • The Cultro is ideal for crushing catch crop populations in spring or autumn as well as for ultra-shallow stubble cultivation in rape and in sunflowers.
  • Extended range of use in silage maize stubble to fight the corn borer
  • Counter-rotating arrangement of the rollers creates a cross-shaped working pattern
  • The rollers are arranged over the whole working width. The diameter is 300 mm with 6 knives per roller for a very high rotational speed. This additionally increases the crushing effect.
  • The knives are arranged diagonally on the roller to guarantee a constant distribution of the force.
  • The knives rest against the rotor to guarantee highest stability.
  • The whole system of the Cultro 12 TC is pretensioned hydraulically with up to 100 bar and hydraulically protected against overload
  • As an overload protection the knife rollers are cushioned with rubber buffers.
  • The double knife roller elements are oscillatingly suspended via a wide rubber bearing for an optimum adaption to the soil.
  • Different configuration options like RingFlex packer or heavy harrow for Cultro 12 and 18 TC
  • Different packer options for rear attachment for the Cultro 3 TC like RollFlex packer and RollPack packer
  • Options for front and rear attachment for Cultro 3, 5 and 6 TC

ULTIMATE EFFICIENCY

Cultro TC – the double knife roller Minimum effort for maximum hectare output

The range of use of the double knife roller Cultro TC is very wide while the horsepower requirement is very low. The knives provide an intensive cutting result, e. g. in rape or maize stubbles and in catch crops. When working in the field, the complete weight of the frame rests on the roller bodies. The advantages with regard to the crushing quality of organic matter are considerable.

THESE ARE THE EXCELLING FEATURES

  • Flexibility with 3-point linkage. The Cultro 3, 5 and 6 TC can either be attached at the front or in the rear.
  • 3-row heavy harrow to distribute organic matter, to produce fine earth or to comb out weeds. Available for Cultro 5, 6, 9, 12 and 18 TC
  • Closed rotor design
  • 300 m roller bodies for maximum rotational speeds
  • Cultro 9 TC = 3-part folding for optimum adaption to the soil
  • Hydraulic pressurisation, nitrogen bubbles absorb pressure peaks
  • Due to diagonally offset roller, there are no uncultivated areas between the segments.
